Painless swelling in the neck, change in the voice, lesion/ulcer in the mouth, swallowing problems, difficulty breathing, unexplained weight loss, changes in the skin, persistent earache, nasal obstruction, nose bleed, pain in throat, pain in the ear.

To confirm a diagnosis of cancer and determine its spread, patient needs to undergo endoscopy for biopsy and imaging studies such as CT scan/ MRI Neck with contrast, panoramic dental x-ray, PET/CT and/or Chest Xray for mapping.
Treatment for head and neck cancerdepends on its size, type, location, growth rate and your general health. It can be treated either with surgery, Radiotherapy and/or Chemotherapy depending upon its location &stage.
